Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use this website or enroll in a class with TruLynk Court Classes. Two of them matter more than the rest: all sales are final, and only your court decides whether a certificate satisfies your order.

Agreement
By using this website or enrolling in a class you agree to these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of someone else, including a minor, you agree to them for that person as well and confirm you have the authority to do so.
What we provide
TruLynk Court Classes provides education programs licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, delivered live over Zoom by an instructor. Classes are not self-paced video. On successful completion we issue a Certificate of Completion.
Choosing the right class
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, including the program named on your order, your case or cause number, your county, and your identifying details. We enroll you in the class you select. If your paperwork is unclear, contact us before enrolling and we will help you match it, but the final confirmation has to come from your court or supervising officer.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown per class and are payable before the class begins unless a payment plan is offered and you are current on it. Prices may change, and the price that applies is the one shown when you enroll.
The one exception is on our side. If we cancel a session and cannot reschedule you into an equivalent one, we will refund the amount you paid for that class. Failed or reversed payments on a payment plan may suspend your enrollment until the balance is current, and attendance credit does not accrue while enrollment is suspended.
Attendance and completion
Programs have required hours or a required number of sessions set by the state and by your order. You must attend for the full scheduled time, be visible and identifiable where the program requires it, and participate as the instructor directs. Arriving late, leaving early, or being absent from the screen may mean a session does not count.
We issue a Certificate of Completion only after you complete the program and your balance is paid in full. We report enrollment, attendance, and completion to your court, probation or parole department, and to TDLR as required. See our Privacy Policy for what that involves.
Conduct
Classes cover difficult material with other people present. You may not attend while impaired, record or photograph a session, share access with anyone else, harass or threaten another participant or the instructor, or disclose anything another student shares. We may remove you from a session or from the program for any of these, and removal does not entitle you to a refund.
Our materials
Course materials, the contents of this website, and the TruLynk name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may use materials for your own completion of the program and not otherwise.
Disclaimers and limits
Our classes are education. They are not legal advice, therapy, or medical or psychiatric treatment, and attending does not create an attorney-client or clinician-patient relationship. If you are in crisis, contact 988 or your local emergency services.
The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent Texas law allows, our total liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the class the claim relates to, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms, and the date at the top of this page shows when we last did. The terms that apply to your enrollment are the ones in effect on the day you enrolled.
