What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so it can recognise you on a later page or a later visit. Related technologies do the same job by other means, including local storage, session storage, tracking pixels, and web beacons.
What we currently use
Our public website code does not add cookies, local or session storage, analytics, or advertising pixels. Our typefaces are served from our own domain. Booking pages embed Acuity, so opening one makes requests to that provider. Its scheduler may use cookies or other storage to operate booking and payment.
Our hosting provider processes ordinary server request logs, including IP address and browser type, to serve the page and guard against abuse. That happens at the network level and does not involve storing anything in your browser.
Booking, payment, and course access
Acuity handles booking in an embedded scheduler or on its own site. Stripe handles our payment-link checkouts. HighLevel provides customer-management and self-paced course access. These services have their own browser-storage behavior and privacy policies; storage can support the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary cookies. To hold your place in the booking or checkout flow and to protect against fraudulent submissions. These cannot be switched off without breaking enrollment.
- Payment processor cookies. Set by our payment provider on their checkout, for fraud prevention and to complete your transaction.
- Course access. To keep you signed in to the learning platform and support your course session. Embedded video players can also make requests to their video provider.
If we ever add analytics or anything that is not strictly necessary, we will say so here and ask for your consent first rather than setting it and mentioning it afterwards.
Controlling cookies
Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and refuse new ones, usually under Privacy or Site Settings. Blocking provider cookies or third-party storage may prevent the embedded scheduler, checkout, or course login from working. If the scheduler does not load, use its direct link or call us for help booking.

We will update this page whenever what we store changes, and the date at the top will tell you when that last happened.
